You will report to the HR Manager and your duties will be to provide HR support and advice to employees and managers with individual cases relating to grievance, maternity, paternity, disciplinary, sickness, underperformance and dismissal. You will be liaising with employees across the company`s national offices.
The successful candidate should be a confident and strong HR generalist with experience in Employee Relations, Case Management, and Employment Law working in a similar capacity. Good communication skills are key as well as the ability to meet deadlines and being an adaptable team player
You will be highly organised, proactive with a can do attitude someone who is confident and can drive things forward.
This role is an immediate start.
