Head of Reward and Remuneration
London, £50,000 per annum plus £5k car cash allowance
Support our social purpose by producing and implementing our reward strategy.
About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior human resource management professional with a creative and commercial approach to shine. You will develop and embed an effective and innovative remuneration and reward philosophy throughout the group. With your expertise, we will attract, retain, and motivate the right people for the business.
We’ll look to you to carry out regular salary reviews drawing on benchmark information, design and implement bonus schemes, and ensure our pension policy and arrangements are fit for purpose. It’s a chance to prove your expertise as you deal with packages on a case by case basis while maintaining an overview of the systems throughout the group.
About the individual
• You’ll come to us with an impressive track record of reward management in large organisations giving you sound knowledge of all aspects of basic pay systems, flexible benefits, and variable pay.
• Your expertise will include salary benchmarking processes, reviewing and redesigning reward systems, and legislation relating to all types of rewards including pensions.
• An advanced user of Microsoft Excel with excellent project management and data analysis skills, you will have the ability to influence and impress at all levels of our organisation.
• Experience of managing job evaluation and grading schemes and dealing with DB and DC pensions would be highly desirable.
