We are keen to recruit an HR Officer, Learning and Development and Internal Communications. Reporting to the Director of Staff, you will be responsible for managing
the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office and in ensuring that we develop and communicate with our staff as effectively as possible.
Reporting to the Director you will need to develop credible relationships with managers up to Chief Executive level and be comfortable being managed with a light touch, working on your own, yet be able to respond swiftly and professionally to direction.
We are looking for someone with first class diplomatic skills, with the ability to produce work of a high standard. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines and be computer literate. The ability to respond to routine queries, ensure procedures are followed by line management and have a “can do” attitude is an essential part of the role.
