Experience of using an HR System that links to payroll.
Knowledge of and interested in keeping up to date with employment law topics.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and administration skills - at least five years working in a demanding HR role is essential. .
Must be self-motivated, proactive, organised and resilient, have the desire to learn new things and must have a positive “can-do” attitude.
Knowledge of Payroll administration using an outsourced payroll provider and payroll year end P60 and P11D processes
Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
