This role will appeal to individuals who are interested in and committed to expertise in Employment Law. The work is highly varied: you should be comfortable building relationships and context over the phone, and have the experience to tackle a wide variety of issues accurately and efficiently. CIPD qualification is essential (or you should be close to qualifying), as is a confident telephone manner and good practical experience to draw upon.
The work at times can be fast-paced but there is considerable support and expectations are very reasonable.
This role is a superb option for someone keen to put their EL knowledge and experience to good use to benefit organisations in need of support and guidance. There is lots of opportunity to research HR/EL issues and updates and to write articles for clients.
The team is growing due to the ongoing success of the business, and job security is an added bonus.
