The Regional HR Manager will be responsible for
- Planning and delivering a fully integrated People Plan
- Work in partnership with Heads of Department across Distribution
- Leading and coaching a team of HR Managers across a number of sites to work as business partners, coaching and challenging their peers to develop a culture of continuous improvement through colleague engagement
- Leading the implementation of a new, collaborative style of industrial relations, working in partnership with the unions to develop and implement change projects.

To apply for this position you will be an experienced HR generalist, and you MUST HAVE WORKED WITHIN LOGISTICS. You will have a proven ability to manage, coach and influence others as well as a structured approach and highly developed problem solving abilities.
CIPD qualification would be an advantage but not essential
You must be flexible regarding travel.
My client is a well know Distribution business based Midlands, Multisite
To £65k + car, bonus and benefits
