Our client is a leading global retailer with operations across the U.K. They currently have an opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner, covering the South region. This is a true Business Partner role and you will work closely with the Regional General Manager, advising on all HR aspects across the stores in the South region. Drawing on the resources of their Centres of Excellence and Shared Services operation, you will deal with strategic HR, including employee engagement, talent management, coaching and guiding manager in creating a high performance culture.
Candidates must have HR generalist experience in the retail sector, with a full understanding of current employment legislation. You will need good project management skills, commercial acumen and coaching skills. Candidates should be graduates and CIPD qualified
