As HR Advisor you will provide commercial HR advice and support to your business area and support the HR Managers in the delivery of the HR agenda. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and liaise with team leaders and employees regarding a wide range of operational HR matters. You will support the recruitment process and ensure that the ER database is kept up to date at all times with all relevant case information. You will also provide ad-hoc support on change management and strategic projects and work closely with the wider HR team to ensure that core HR processes are understood and followed.
The successful candidate will have prior generalist HR experience ideally gained within a financial services environment. You will have strong communication skills and have an analytical and commercial approach. You must demonstrate the ability to take initiative and be proactive and you will be able to work autonomously without much supervision. Ideally you will have a broad understanding of SAP and have advanced MS Office skills.
