They have offices in over 40 countries and nearly 50 people in the HR team in London.
This role works alongside 3 other generalist HR Managers supporting a number of different departments. Specifically this role will entail:
* Providing proactive advice & support to the business
* Advise on restructures & change management
* Performance management
* Compensation reviews
* Reporting & analysis
* Supervising an HR Advisor
The successful candidate will ideally be CIPD qualified (or overseas equivalent) and will have previously undertaken an HR Business Partner / Manager position.
You will have previously worked within the legal sector ideally or within a professional services organisation and be comfortable with a Partnership environment. You will need to be commercially minded and proactively support the business. They need someone who can hit the ground running.
