Duties will include:
•Ensure all aspects of payroll activity are effectively managed via close liaison with the outsourced payroll provider.
•First point of contact for all payroll related issues.
•Monitor KPI’s for payroll provider and produce reports to management as required.
•Prepare materials for submission to payroll provider as required.
•Monthly update of pension databases and cascade information to stakeholders.
•Recruitment & Selection ranging from writing job descriptions, placing adverts, short listing and interviewing candidates,
•Produce management reports and maintain accurate statistical information.
•Monitor sickness absence and attendance levels and support back to work strategies.
•Provide first line HR support to the business units ensuring a professional and prompt service is provided.
•Undertake first stage Disciplinary and Grievance Hearings
The suitable candidate will have experience of dealing with an outsourced payroll provider, together with some knowledge of pensions. You will also have proven HR experience at an advisory level including strong employee relations exposure and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
You must also be used to working in busy environment and be used to working to tight deadlines whilst working on your own initiative and with minimum supervision.
