Reed Human Resources are currently working with a growing ambitious organisation based in Swindon who are looking to bring on a new Head of HR.
As Head of HR and Communications, this role will play a vital part in the development of the organsisation’s HR Strategy,communications strategy and business plan.
My client is going through a huge amount of positive change and growth at the moment and the new Head of HR will need to come in to work closely with the MD on shaping vital parts of the business.
Key areas of experience required is;
- Management ( this role has 10 direct reports)
- Experience of dealing with change in a growing oragnisation
- Ideally experience of working within a Shared Service Centre
To be considered for this role you will need to have operated at a Senior HR level both operationally and strategically.
- Proven experience of developing HR Strategy in a transformational environment
- Implementation of progressive talent management and succession planning .
- Experience of dealing with Unions.
