Training Manager (Midlands & South)

Based in the Midlands & SouthUp to £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

This is a twelve month maternity leave contract working for this International market leader.

A service based organisation where cutomer service is essential to their business. 
This role will involve leading a team of trainers out in the field . Lead  from the front and be responsible for motivation within the team.

You will ideally have operated as a Training Manager in a consultancy role or at least partnered the business in achieving its goals through effective training and evaluation.

You will liaise with the operational team and work with the ethos of the company.

This will essentially be a home based role covering the Midlands and South. Travel is required for at least three days of the week and occasional overnight stays may well be necessary. 

A car allowance will be offered in addition to the salary, no formal training qualification is necessary but you will be able to demonstrate a proven training background coupled with managing your own team
