A part time temporary opportunity offering a minimum of 20 hours per week may well have flexibility to increase to 25 hours dependent on work load .
You will need to be CIPD qualified and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in case management, as this is a very ER focused role .
You will have complete autonomy to manage your own case load, and you will be responsible for extensive delivery of robust generalist HR advice and guidance, including advising and coaching line managers.
Ensure compliance with current employment law, developng policies and term and conditions of employment.
