L&D / Design Consultant

L&D / Design Consultant required for entrepreneurial Consultancy based in the West End. Approximately 60% of this role is design focused and it is essential that the successful candidate has a superb track record of designing solutions-based training programmes ideally for external clients. In this role you will be working, either alone or as part of a team on designing and customising programmes. You will research, design, support product development and evaluate programmes – this role includes no opportunity to deliver. You will be a high achiever with first-class academics and a genuine enthusiasm for Psychology which will be evident in your qualifications and career choices so far.
