Interim Employee Engagement specialist required for a large professional services organisation, based in Milton Keynes for an initial period of 6 months. Paying a day rate of c.£200, the key accountabilities of the role will include assisting in the development and implementation of the employee engagement strategy across the UK.
You will be an experienced HR professional with particular exposure to Employee Engagement programmes, who has lead on projects, been a key point of contact in intra-business liaison and can advise senior management on action planning. You must also have strong analytical skills with demonstrable experience of interpreting and producing accurate management information.
My client is a blue chip, complex organisation and as such experience in similar size organisations will be beneficial. The successful candidate will have proven experience and a high level of interest in this specialist area, and a comprehensive understanding of the business case for employee engagement and the impact on “the bottom line”.
