A national, not-for-profit organisation based in Coventry are recruiting on a permanent basis for a Training Consultant with a focus on Management Systems. Paying a competitive salary for the right candidate, this role will be based from home with regular, national travel. Seeking someone with strong Commercial understanding and ability who has worked on a consultative basis previously.
The Commercial Trainer will be responsible for travelling nationwide, going to the company's clients and conducting:
Training Needs Analysis across areas of the business relating to Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health Management Systems
Designing, developing and delivering training programmes on these systems, across all levels of employees
The analysis of how successful these training programmes have been and any additional training/consultancy needs going forwards.
Identifying new Business opportunities and developing them
Because of the specialist nature of the Management systems you will be training on, and with, the successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge and/or accreditation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001. In addition it would be particularly useful if applicants are IRCA Registered Lead Auditors. The candidate will also have to:
Be located near Coventry so they can report into the Coventry Head Office on a regular basis.
Be flexible in terms of travel - whilst this role is based at home, there will be very regular, national travel and requirements to stay away from home.
Be qualified to degree level or equivalent and preferably have worked in a similar, consultative capacity before
Have strong training experience covering the entire training spectrum.
