We are currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner to be part a financial services organisation with one of the highest turnover in its sector.
The successful candidate must have experience of redundancies and redundancy discussions, they must also be knowledgeable of the necessary compensation redundancy packages. It it crucial that the candidate has experience assessing the matrices for selection for redundancy. Ideally the candidate will be from a financial services background and have salary benchmarking experience.
This is a very good opportunity for the successful candidate to go into an organisation that going through a massive period of change and really make their mark on the organisation. If the candidate is successful then this position may also be extended to 9 months.
