Further duties will include:
Support Operational Managers on high volume disciplinary & grievance casework up to dismissal and appeals.
Lead the management of casework in relation to sickness absence and long term absence, including making recommendations, giving advice and support to Operational Managers, setting up case review meeting and capability meetings.
Utilising your solid understanding of Employment Law, you will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant policies and procedures are embedded and adhered to across the operation in line with company business needs and KPI’s.
Interpret and deliver HR initiatives.
Analyse/highlight problem areas/processes to drive continuous improvement across the business areas.
Support the HR team to successfully deliver defined projects.
Responsible for the management and development of the HR team.
It is expected that the successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and be CIPD qualified or working towards this. Experience of working in a Contact Centre or similar environment is essential, as is an up to date knowledge of employment law. Combined with excellent communication and inter-personal skills, this is a demanding role that requires a proactive individual with a strong commercial focus and proven business acumen. You will also posses strong influencing skills at all levels and have the ability to change and challenge behaviours and build strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
