Interim Reward Consultant x 2

2 x Interim Reward Consultants required for a 6 month project. The first role is based on compensation elements and the job Evaluation process, moving from Hays to Towers Watson Global Grading System. The second role is to undertake a grass roots analysis of the existing Benefits Provision and determine its value for money/purpose and identify and suggest improvements moving forward.

The successful candidate needs to be either a Compensation expert with in depth Job Evaluation knowledge or a Benefits expert that has a track record of implementing new Benefits packages. The roles can be based in Bristol, London or the Midlands with a high degree of flexibility.
