Interim HR Business Partner - Projects
Your role will be predominantly leading on change and restructure projects that are key to the overall organisational change strategy, but also you will be willing to assist in the provision of a comprehensive HR Business Partnering service where necessary.
You will be a proactive and credible relationship builder who is used to dealing with senior managers on issues that are potentially sensitive, and you must have experience of working within a Public Sector organisation in a similar role – you will be a very confident HR Change & restructuring expert able to hit the ground running in this highly demanding organisation.
