My client based in Hertfordshire has an immediate requirement for an experienced L&D Manager to focus on Leadership Development and Talent across the business. The role will involve regular senior stake holder management to assess requirements, TNAs and skills shortages. You will work closely with the L&D team and external training to providers to design and deliver an effective and robust learning strategy that fits each business area. Your role will have a strong emphasis on design and current/future strategies for training and assess capability and succession plans. Previous experience working with leadership and management training programmes is essential, as is the ability to influence effectively with the leadership team.
