A FTSE 100 company are looking for a Learning and Development professional to join their dynamic team.
In this role you will be responsible for providing Learning and Development advice to Managers and employees within the operations function. You will contribute to a wide number of learning and development initiatives, processes and programmes and ensure that these are delivered to the business effectively. In this varied role your responsibilities will include managing the training calendar, managing supplier relationships, conducting training needs analysis and enhancing the quality of e-learning.
You will be a Graduate and be an experienced Learning and Development professional with experience gained in a global matrix organisation. You will have experience of delivering training and of learning design and development principles. You will be innovative in your approach, have excellent relationship building skills and have effective presentation and communication skills.
