Unilever require a HR Business Partner located at our IT site of innovation in St David’s Park, Cheshire in the North West of England.

The HR Business Partner will partner the VP for Geography IT in Europe together with his team of 5 Directors across Europe. This role is responsible for activating and implementing any organisational change that impacts IT Innovation teams based in Europe. The successful person will be responsible foractivating the HR and organisation design plans from the Global HR team. This entails working with local country HR and relevant works councils. .
• Organisation Effectiveness - partner business leaders to design the most effective organisation design to align with business requirements. Focus on culture, people, capabilities and consulting on ways of improving performance.
• HR Change Facilitation- development, management and support of strategic change initiatives across the IT function in Europe. Leading the HR workstream to deliver transformation agendas including restructuring and outsourcing/insourcing &offshoring.
• Building Talent Supply- alignment of talent in the organization to the needs of the business through appropriate resourcing, selection and management of bench strength within IT and across the functions within Enterprise Support.
To be considered for the HR Business Partner role, we require candidates that have worked within a global/ virtual environment. You must have a proven track record of large scale transformations and lead change programmes. Unilever also require candidates that have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
