This is a great opportunity for an HR Business Partner to provide high level people management and development support to our 300 staff across CIPD.
Working with senior managers to drive business performance, you will develop and implement HR strategies, recruit senior staff, and plan learning and development to support the business needs. You will manage the HR function on a day to day basis, and advise, guide and support staff and managers on all areas of HR.
Commercially astute, and with a strong focus on organisation development, you will contribute to and implement change initiatives, and be responsible for a range of HR projects.
Of graduate calibre, with substantial HR experience, you should be a Chartered Member of CIPD. Experience of working with managers to drive business performance is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills are required, together with the ability to establish and maintain credibility with all managers and staff.
You will need excellent knowledge and understanding of employment law and sound employee relations experience.
