Reporting into the HR Director, you will provide strategic leadership matched with hands-on mentoring to your team of 7 within HR in the City. You will be think-on-your feet assertive in your decision-making, challenging the status quo and acting as a champion for change through both some continuing restructure and through day to day operations.
This role will be visible and accountable - and will be an essential part of this organisations future. If you enjoy business critical challenge and the opportunity for recognition at the highest levels then this will be a fabulous opportunity.
The ideal candidate will be a commercial and assertive individual with strong employment law and a taste for facilitating change. Corporate Industry backgrounds will be preferred along with a taste for change in the other sectors.
