Regional HR Manager

Based: Birmingham + National travel

Salary: £40,000 +£45,000 + car

 

My client, a leading engineering organisation, are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to provide a generalist HR service and support for contracts and projects across the UK

 

Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Manager will have direct reports from three regionally based HR Advisors.

Your role will manage and coach the HR team to drive excellence across the business ensuring the best people solutions are delivered. You will provide advice and support to managers including guidance on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, recruitment and implementation of policies and procedures.

 

This role requires a strong and experienced HR Generalist who is able to influence and engage with senior management teams in order to successfully manage a variety of change projects including: redundancy, mobilisation and demobilisation, integration, harmonisation of terms and conditions.

 

Candidates will have demonstrable HR experience operating in a similar role with multisite and team management responsibility. You will have an excellent understanding of employment law, change management and HR best practice. Experience in an engineering or similarly fast paced industry will be highly desirable. CIPD qualification is essential.
