The Group Head of OD will own the organisation development agenda including the design and development of appropriate interventions to promote the company as an employer of choice. This individual will contribute to the strategic planning and operating plan processes. More specifically, this individual will be responsible for the employee opinion survey and for developing the employee value proposition. A large component of this role will be to lead the company`s culture change initiative which mainly focuses on the company`s expansion into other markets and geographies. Other projects include the embedding of a Diversity framework` and devising international mobility initiatives.
We would welcome applications from candidates with learning and development experience but with specialist experience in organisation development. In particular, experience in creating an employee value proposition, in organisation culture change and corporate responsibility work would be a bonus. The design and implementation of employee opinion surveys, embedding diversity and international mobility programmes are all important experience for success in this role. We are looking for commercial candidates, with strong project management skills comfortable with ambiguity and change ideally in an international environment. Successful candidates should have worked in large, complex, international organisations in the fmcg, manufacturing, retail or pharmaceutical sectors.
