Your primary responsibility is to support site management in the day to day people management aspects of their role and ensuring that HR policies and procedures are carried out in accordance with company policy and legal requirements. This will entail spending time on site and building relationships with the management team, so travel around the North of England is a key feature of the job. You will advise and support on issues such as disciplineries and grievances, absence management, performance management and training. Experience of TUPE would be a big advantage as the company will be increasing its workforce through the acquisition of new contracts this year.
