Orchard Hill College is a specialist day College, providing a non-residential stimulating learning environment for students with severe, profound and complex learning difficulties and disabilities.  We treat our students with the dignity and respect they deserve and provide them with opportunities to be part of the local community.  Orchard Hill College Academy Trust has also been recently formed and the College Human Resources team offers a service to the Trust and its school based staff.

Orchard Hill College has successfully grown over the last 5 years, and isnow operating from multiple educational centres in Wallington, Carshalton, Hackbridge, Camberwell Green and Kingston. As a result we now need to reflect this in our Human Resources team.  You will have an opportunity to help us shape services and functions as we move forward.  Our students are at the heart of what we do, and this is reflected in the way we work. The main base is situated in Kingston but there is an expectation that you will travel to all centres as required.
