Based in London & Munich and focussing on the UK and German Markets, Annapurna HR was founded by its three partners, Nigel Fox, James Ballard and Charlie Appleyard, with the intention of being the best and most responsible recruitment company in the professional services field.

We are a company that is challenging conventional traditional transactional recruitment in the agency field by the creation and facilitation of world class thought leadership communities. These enable us to build lasting relationships with expert professionals and companies in their sectors.
The three partners came from a FTSE 250 listed recruitment company where they held senior management roles. They consequently have a wealth of experience of delivery to a wide variety of clientele, from investment banks to charitable organisations.

Responsible in two major ways: firstly our unique CSR strategy: the name Annapurna comes from the conservation area in Nepal. Moreover 2013 saw the creation of Annapurna Giving, the three directors have selected 7 charities that resonate personally with them and Annapurna will be supporting these charities throughout 2014. Secondly we aim to build deep continuous relationships with the talent communities we deliver to and serve.
We build lasting relationships by facilitating an industry leading thought leadership group, the HR Transformation Network (www.hrtn.tv) which currently has over 7,000 members worldwide. The group comprises of senior thought leaders from the industry and meets at regular networking events to share knowledge and experiences. It is supplemented by TV channel, www.hrtn.tv and an online forum.
