The new CIPD Bookshop has a wide range of training DVDs for HR professionals. Scripted by a subject expert and trainer, the Selection Interviewing Skills training DVD will equip anyone involved with selection interviewing to prepare for, conduct and assess interviews professionally and incisively.

The training DVD consists of six sections covering the preparation of the interviewer, exploring and verifying information with examples of good and poor explorations, reviewing and comparing candidates and selling the job to the right candidate.
